Wioleta is so great to work with! This was an atypical sale which Wioleta handled with impressive aplomb. One of the ways it was atypical is that the house needed TLC after years in which my parents health issues kept them from maintaining the house to their usual high standards. She understood the current sellers’ real estate market. She was sensitive to my family’s circumstances understanding that recommending extensive updates and repairs would have presented an overwhelmingly stressful and impractical hardship upon my aunt. So, Wioleta advised her to sell the home “as is” which took a lot of burden and worry out of the sale process. Because of Wioleta’s excellent selling and pricing strategies, the house received multiple offers and sold for a price beyond our expectation and comparable to sale prices received for other recently sold homes in my parents’ subdivision which had been updated to perfection. She brings many strengths to bear for the benefit of her clients — more than I can list here. But most important, she has great judgment; she is highly motivated to do as well for her clients as she can, e.g., for seller’s to get the best possible sale price and terms; she sees the whole picture of a client’s circumstances and takes as much burden and stress as possible off their shoulders; she works hard and smart from the start to the finish of the sale to insure her clients do not have to worry about the sale-to-closing process. She’s an exceptional real estate agent and person.
